Grand Pierre Wines...

The Cotes de Duras classification was one of the first appellations granted in France.  Nestling in the hills between Bordeaux and Bergerac, the Cotes de Duras rose and red wines are generally fruity and dry, with merlot, cabernet sauvignon and cabernet franc the predominant cepages.  White wines are crisp and dry - and the Chateau Grand Pierre sauvignon blanc wines have gained a reputation as some of the best in the area - lychee, melon and elderflower on the nose, they are delicious served chilled.
